제1조 (AI 분석 엔진 및 금융 정보 제공에 대한 면책) ① 정보의 목적: 본 앱(UnicornFinder)에서 제공하는 모든 금융 정보, 신규 상장(IPO) 성공 확률 예측치, 우위 그룹(Superior Group) 행동 분석 데이터(이하 "정보")는 투자 결정을 위한 보조 도구일 뿐이며, 특정 주식에 대한 매수·매도 권유나 투자 자문을 의미하지 않습니다. ② IPO 확률 예측 모델(NLP)의 한계: 회사가 제공하는 IPO 예측 리포트는 과거 상장 기업의 공시 및 텍스트 데이터를 자연어 처리(TF-IDF) 및 머신러닝 알고리즘(Random Forest 등)으로 분석하여 산출된 '통계적 확률'입니다. 이는 과거 데이터에 기반한 추정치일 뿐이며, 거시 경제의 변화, 시장의 비이성적 변동성, 기업의 돌발 변수 등을 모두 반영할 수 없으므로 미래의 실제 수익률을 절대 보장하지 않습니다. ③ 우위 그룹(행동 기반) 분석의 한계: 앱 내 제공되는 '우위 그룹(고수)'의 선호 종목 및 분석 데이터는 딥러닝(LSTM, CNN) 및 비지도 학습(Clustering)을 통해 유저의 앱 내 행동 패턴을 통계적으로 그룹화한 결과입니다. 특정 우위 그룹이 과거에 시장 평균 대비 높은 수익률(Alpha)을 기록했다 하더라도, 해당 그룹의 선택을 모방하는 것이 유저의 미래 수익을 보장하지 않으며, 데이터 집계 시점에 따라 분석 결과가 변동될 수 있습니다. ④ 최종 책임의 소재: 사용자는 본 앱의 AI가 산출한 예측 확률(%)이나 타 유저 그룹의 통계 데이터를 기반으로 내린 최종 투자 결정과 그로 인해 발생하는 모든 직접적·간접적 재산상 손실에 대한 법적 책임이 전적으로 사용자 본인에게 있음에 동의합니다.

제2조 (데이터 출처 및 지적재산권) ① 본 앱에서 제공되는 주요 재무 및 주식 시장 데이터는 Financial Modeling Prep(FMP)으로부터 제공받습니다. ② 회사는 FMP로부터 확보한 원본 데이터를 자체 AI 엔진으로 2차 가공하여 다양한 유료 서비스 형태로 회원에게 제공할 권리를 보유합니다. ③ 사용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 FMP의 원본 데이터 및 본 앱을 통해 제공되는 가공 데이터를 복제, 재판매, 재배포, 상업적 이용 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다. 이를 위반할 경우 관련 법령 및 FMP와의 라이선스 계약에 따라 민·형사상 책임을 질 수 있습니다.

제3조 (사용자 메타데이터 수집 및 활용 동의) 회사는 사용자에게 고도화된 투자 의사결정 보조 도구를 제공하고 전반적인 서비스 품질을 향상하기 위해 다음과 같은 메타데이터를 수집 및 활용합니다. 수집된 데이터는 비식별화(익명화) 처리되며, 그룹 통계의 기초 자료 및 회사가 제공하는 다양한 정보 서비스를 위해 사용될 수 있습니다. ① 정적 메타데이터 (가입 및 인증 시 수집): 출신 대학, 직함 및 직업, 자산 규모(HNWI(고액자산가), VHNWI(초고액자산가), UHNWI(극초고액자산가) 등 분류 기준 적용), 투자 성향, 투자 경험, 관심 분야 등의 인증 데이터. (※ 사용자는 프로필 설정 화면을 통해 타인에게 노출할 항목을 직접 제어할 수 있습니다.) ② 동적 메타데이터 (서비스 이용 중 수집): 앱 내 탭별 체류 시간, 의사결정 박스(Decision Box) 내 긍정·중립·부정 선택을 종합한 최종 기업 선호도 내역, 사용자의 앱 내 탐색 경로(Navigation Path) 및 체류 히트맵 데이터. ③ 상업적 활용 동의: 사용자는 회사가 AI 알고리즘(우위 그룹 발굴 등) 고도화 및 타 사용자에게 제공되는 정보 서비스를 목적으로 제①항 및 제②항의 데이터를 집계하고 분석하는 것에 동의합니다.

제4조 (개인정보 수집 및 파기) ① 수집 항목: 회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 개인정보인 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 프로필 정보를 수집합니다. ② 이용 목적: 사용자 식별, 서비스 제공, 고객 지원 및 시스템 알림 발송. ③ 보유 및 파기: 개인정보는 활성 계정을 유지하는 동안 보유됩니다. 사용자는 앱 내 "계정 삭제" 메뉴를 통해 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 관련 법령에 의해 보존이 요구되지 않는 한 개인정보는 즉시 파기됩니다.

제5조 (인앱 구독 및 결제)

① 구독 서비스: 회사는 Apple App Store를 통해 자동 갱신형 프리미엄 구독 서비스를 제공합니다.

1. Premium Monthly: 1개월 단위로 제공되는 프리미엄 분석 서비스

2. Premium Plus Monthly: 1개월 단위로 제공되는 인스티튜셔널 분석 서비스

   ② 결제 및 갱신: 구매 확인 시 사용자의 iTunes 계정으로 요금이 청구됩니다. 구독은 현재 기간이 종료되기 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신을 끄지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 현재 기간이 종료되기 24시간 이내에 계정에 갱신 비용이 산정되어 청구됩니다.

   ③ 관리 및 취소: 사용자는 구매 후 iTunes 계정 설정에서 구독을 관리하고 자동 갱신을 해지할 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Disclaimer regarding AI Analysis Engine and Financial Information) ① Purpose of Information: All financial information, predictive probabilities of success for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and behavioral analysis data of the "Superior Group" (hereinafter referred to as "Information") provided in this app (UnicornFinder) are strictly for reference and act as auxiliary tools for investment decisions. They do not constitute a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any specific stock, nor do they serve as financial advisory services. ② Limitations of the IPO Prediction Model (NLP): The IPO prediction reports provided by the Company are 'statistical probabilities' calculated by analyzing historical public filings and text data of listed companies using Natural Language Processing (TF-IDF) and machine learning algorithms (e.g., Random Forest). These are estimates based solely on past data and cannot fully reflect macroeconomic changes, irrational market volatility, or unforeseen corporate variables. Therefore, they do not guarantee actual future returns. ③ Limitations of Superior Group (Behavior-based) Analysis: The preferred stocks and analytical data of the 'Superior Group' provided within the app are the results of statistically grouping users' in-app behavioral patterns through deep learning (LSTM, CNN) and unsupervised learning (Clustering). Even if a specific Superior Group has recorded a higher return (Alpha) compared to the market average in the past, imitating this group's selections does not guarantee the user's future returns, and analysis results may fluctuate depending on the time of data aggregation. ④ Final Responsibility: The User agrees that the User bears sole legal responsibility for any final investment decisions made based on the AI-generated predictive probabilities (%) or statistical data of other user groups provided in this app, and for all direct or indirect financial losses resulting from such decisions.

Article 2 (Data Source and Intellectual Property Rights) ① The primary financial and stock market data provided in this app is obtained from Financial Modeling Prep (FMP). ② The Company reserves the right to secondarily process the raw data obtained from FMP using its proprietary AI engine and provide it to members in the form of various paid services. ③ The User may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, commercially use, or provide to third parties the raw data from FMP and the processed data provided through this app without the Company's prior written consent. Violation of this may result in civil or criminal liability in accordance with relevant laws and the license agreement with FMP.

Article 3 (User Metadata Collection and Utilization Consent) The Company collects and utilizes the following metadata to provide users with advanced auxiliary tools for investment decision-making and to improve overall service quality. The collected data will be de-identified (anonymized) and may be used as foundational data for group statistics and a wide range of information services provided by the Company. ① Static Metadata (Collected during registration and verification): Verification data such as university of origin, job title and profession, asset size (applying PB classification standards such as HNWI, VHNWI, UHNWI), investment propensity, investment experience, and areas of interest. (※ Users can directly control which items are exposed to others through the profile settings screen.) ② Dynamic Metadata (Collected during service usage): Dwell time per tab within the app, the history of final corporate preferences synthesizing positive, neutral, and negative selections in the Decision Box, and the user's in-app navigation path and dwell heatmap data. ③ Consent for Commercial Utilization: The User agrees that the Company may aggregate and analyze the data in Paragraphs ① and ② for the purpose of advancing AI algorithms (e.g., discovering the Superior Group) and providing information services to other users.

Article 4 (Personal Information Collection and Deletion) ① Items Collected: The Company collects minimal personal information necessary for service provision, including email address, display name, and profile information. ② Purpose of Use: User identification, service provision, customer support, and delivery of system notifications. ③ Data Retention and Deletion: Personal information is retained while the user maintains an active account. Users may request account deletion at any time through the "Delete Account" menu within the app. Upon account deletion, personal information will be immediately destroyed unless retention is required by applicable laws.

Article 5 (In-App Subscriptions and Payments)

① Subscription Services: The Company provides auto-renewable premium subscription services through the Apple App Store.

1. Premium Monthly: Premium analysis service provided on a 1-month basis.

2. Premium Plus Monthly: Institutional analysis service provided on a 1-month basis.

   ② Billing and Renewal: Payment will be charged to the user's iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

   ③ Management and Cancellation: Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to their iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
